nustae Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the nustae website at nustae.net, including all pages, sub-pages, features, tools, applications, and services available thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created following successful nustae Login registration, associated with a unique username and a PHP-denominated wallet.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered, and regardless of whether any wager or transaction has been placed.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a Player on any game, sporting event, or market offered on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, bingo rounds, and sabong matches.
• "Funds" means PHP-denominated money held in a Player's nustae Account wallet, whether deposited directly or credited via promotions.

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the mandatory identity and age verification process that nustae conducts on all Accounts prior to authorising withdrawals or as required by regulatory standards.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, images, software, audio, video, data, odds feeds, game engines, and other materials made available on the Platform.

By accessing or using any part of the nustae Platform — including browsing game pages, completing nustae Login registration, depositing funds, or placing any bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To be eligible to register and maintain a nustae Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as Players.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of nustae, nor an immediate family member of any of the foregoing persons.
• You have not been previously suspended, banned, or self-excluded from the nustae Platform or from any regulated gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful.
• You are not registering or using the Platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful purpose.

nustae reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by nustae may result in suspension or permanent closure of the Account and forfeiture of any Funds derived from Bets placed during an unverified period.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the nustae Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Funds.

When completing nustae Login registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• A valid, active email address that you exclusively control.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Your current residential address within the Philippines.
• A valid Philippine mobile number.

You are obligated to keep your registration information current and accurate at all times. Any change in personal details must be updated through your Account profile or by contacting nustae support at [email protected]. nustae shall not be liable for any consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nustae Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All transactions and activities conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. nustae shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify nustae immediately via our 24/7 Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. nustae will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account pending a security review.

nustae recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts and use a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service. nustae staff will never ask you for your full password under any circumstances.

nustae supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Supported methods and their applicable minimum/maximum transaction limits are published on the Payments section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and QR Ph are typically credited to your nustae Account wallet within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to thirty (30) minutes depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits are subject to the partner's processing timelines.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by nustae during standard processing windows. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. nustae reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used by the Player to make a deposit on their Account, subject to nustae's verification requirements.
• nustae does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which nustae bears no responsibility.
• nustae reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Funds in your Account are not interest-bearing. nustae does not act as a financial institution and does not pay interest on Account balances.

All sports bets, live casino wagers, slot spins, bingo tickets, and sabong wagers placed on the nustae Platform are subject to the specific game rules and market rules applicable to each product, which are published within each respective game or betting section of the Platform. The general rules set out in this section apply across all products unless a product-specific rule expressly provides otherwise.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered accepted and binding only upon receipt of a confirmation from the Platform indicating that the bet has been successfully registered. nustae reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where:

• The bet was placed on an event or market that has already commenced or concluded prior to the bet being placed, where the Platform has not yet updated the market status.
• The bet was placed at odds that were published due to a technical error, pricing feed error, or manifest error, and the correct odds would have been materially different.
• The event or match to which the bet relates is abandoned, postponed without a rescheduled date, or cancelled.
• nustae has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet forms part of a fraudulent scheme, collusion, or prohibited betting strategy.

Void Bets: Where a bet is voided, the stake amount is returned in full to the Player's Account wallet in PHP. No winnings are paid on a voided bet. Where a bet forms part of a multi/parlay combination and one or more legs are voided, the void leg is treated as a non-runner and the remaining legs stand at revised odds.

Winnings: Confirmed winning bets are credited to the Player's Account wallet promptly following the settlement of the relevant event or game round. Settlement times vary by product and are specified within the applicable game rules.

nustae offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion on the Platform.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus is limited to one (1) claim per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must meet the specified wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable Funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nustae Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform under any name, email, device, or payment credential.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or permitting any person under 21 to use your Account.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, scraper, crawler, or other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing feed errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or collusion with other Players or external parties to influence game or event outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Accessing another Player's Account without their express authorisation.
• Transferring Funds between Player Accounts through any means not expressly authorised by nustae.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the operation of the Platform or the experience of other Players.

All Content on the nustae Platform — including but not limited to the nustae brand name, logo, game names (including Aladdin and Bird Catcher slot titles), software, game engines, graphical interfaces, odds data, imagery, text, and multimedia — is the exclusive property of nustae or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any Content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Content or software on the Platform.
• Use any Content from the Platform for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or branding on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of nustae intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence and may expose you to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustae, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of Funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside nustae's reasonable control.
• Any delay in the settlement of bets or processing of withdrawals attributable to payment provider delays, bank processing schedules, or network congestion.
• Losses arising from bets placed on the basis of your own judgement, strategy, or information obtained outside the Platform.
• Losses resulting from a Player's violation of these Terms & Conditions, including those arising from bonus abuse investigations.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit nustae's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

nustae is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting Players from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible immediately after nustae Login, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account to manage their gaming expenditure.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts notify Players when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.

nustae reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Reasonable belief that continued Account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9 of these Terms & Conditions.

Upon Account closure, nustae will conduct a review of the Account's transaction history. Where the closure is due to a breach by the Player, nustae reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Account balance. Where the closure is initiated by nustae for operational reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified balance of real-money Funds (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following the completion of any applicable review period.

Players may also request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting nustae support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

nustae collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at nustae.net/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nustae implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect the personal and financial data of all Players. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and nustae cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

nustae may share Player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or third-party service providers where required by applicable Philippine law, by a valid legal order, or as necessary to fulfil our obligations under anti-money laundering regulations.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to such jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on grounds of venue, inconvenience of forum, or otherwise.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact nustae support at [email protected] to attempt resolution of any dispute through good faith negotiation. nustae aims to acknowledge and respond to formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.

nustae reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Amendments become effective upon publication of the revised Terms & Conditions on the Platform, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively alters Player rights or obligations — nustae will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed upon nustae Login, an email notification to the registered Account email address, or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to request Account closure.
